Quick Bio: Jay graduated Summa Cum Laude in Behavioral Science and is an experienced personal trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has nearly ten years of working within nationally acclaimed destination spas. During that time he has taught fitness classes, conducted workshops, coached and personal trained people from all over the country seeking to get fit and back in balance. Jay was co-owner of the spa that went on to become NBC's The Biggest Loser Resort. For six months Jay was selected to appear on Utah's Fox 13's morning show as their personal trainer of choice.
Jay is a realistic trainer. He infuses his knowledge and insights with the understanding of what it is like to maintain a busy schedule. Jay is an involved dad and husband and certainly understands what it is like to balance wearing many different hats.
