Wanting exercise and wellness to be an energyzing, unifying and fun source of experiences is a realistic but not always attained goal. Sometimes focusing on it can also be an issue of anxiety and/or stress for kid(s) and parent(s). Not creating a family interest in exercise or activity may lead to other health related issues. So what are some effective keys to create involvement and a supportive environment?
